Non-metallic chain scraping mud


Operational principle of mud scraper:

Gear oil pump provides power to hydraulic pressure cylinder, a set of tripod converts the vertical motion of the cylinder into horizontal motion, and finally drives a set of wedge scraping plate to reciprocate at the bottom of rectangular pond; the reciprocating distance is longer than that of single scraper, just like the posterior scraping plate passes the sludge to the previous one; the forward speed is about half of backward speed; when moving forward, the wedge scraper with the concave surface forward pushes the accumulating mud into mud accumulating ditch; when moving backward, the small wedge sharp angle will not drive the mud to move backward, while the negative pressure created by concave surface which moves backward quickly will make the sludge layer of a certain thickness keep the inertia of forward movement. Therefore, when the scraping plate reciprocates, there is a layer of mud at the bottom of pond always moving forward until to the mud accumulating ditch. When the mud at the bottom of pond reaches to a certain thickness, the efficiency of mud scraper is the highest. The reciprocating motion of scraping plate also plays a role in thickening sludge (up to 3%), which is important for practical application.

Application: the sedimentation tank of municipal sewage plants, water plants and industrial sewage treatment stations can be integrated with inclined tube, steam floating tank.
 

Characteristics of sludge: applicable for most sludge with solid content of 0.5% ~ 6%.

Size: maximum length = 80m, maximum width= 13m, maximum surface area= 700m2

Material: ASTM304 stainless steel or ASTM316 acid-proof steel.
