Half bridge peripheral drive scraper suction dredger
Half bridge peripheral drive scraper suction dredger

I.APPLICATION AND INTRODUCTION

The peripheral drive mud scraper consists of service bridge, walking beam, central rotating support, collector ring, steady flow cylinder, mud scraping system, skimming system, water outlet weir board, scum baffle and distribution system.

II. STRUCTURE

The service bridge is welded by square tube and the slidewalk adopts pattern board or grid board. The structural steel of the service bridge features reasonable layout. Meanwhile, the bridge arches up to ensure sufficient strength and stiffness.
The walking beam is welded by structural steel and the road wheel adopts nylon cast with steel. The thread features rigidity and wear resistance and axle uses premium carbon steel. The reducer is fixed at the end beams, featuring simple structure and easy maintenance.
The central rotating support, designed with premium balls, is characterized by flexible and smooth rotation.
The brand-new collector ring, with long service life, transfers military technique to civil use. Meanwhile, it will not cause power cut or open circuit which is often encountered by traditional carbon brush ring.
The steady flow cylinder designed with stainless steel structure guarantees the sedimentation efficiency without being influenced by inflow.
The mud scraping system is composed of frame, blade and riding wheel. The blade is arranged in logarithmic spiral curve, which can collect all the sludge in the bottom to the central wallow.

III. WORKFLOW

The sewage of biological pool enters the settling tank from the central bottom and then spreads slowly to the sides via central guide tube. Then the sludge settles continuously in the bottom as the sewage stays in the tank for enough time. The upper sewage turns clear and liquid and solid separate in the tank. The sludge in the bottom is then scraped by the blade to the central wallow guided by the bridge and discharged outside via pipeline.
