Flocculant automatic solution preparation dosing device is a kind of intelligent, full automatic, continuous integrated flocculant solution preparation and dosing device, the concentration is 0.1％-0.5％ when the volume of solutions prepared is 0-4000L

The device consists of water supply system, dry powder dosing system, dissolving and curing system, control system, liquid dosing system and secondary dosing feeding system.

The device is the full automatic continuous configuration and dosing system of powder (or liquid) polymer flocculant. Dry powder flocculant enters pre-mixer to premix with clear water from spiral propeller, the wetted materials enters preparation tank for dilution according to required concentration; for liquid flocculant, it is sent into preparation tank by screw pump directly. During the preparation, if the amount of water changes, the flocculant dosing device will changes with the flow change automatically to ensure the constant concentration of prepared solution.

Before entering storage tank, the prepared solution is cured in preparation tank, when the liquid level is high in storage tank, the preparation stops, when the solution drops to the middle level, the preparation restarts automatically. There are multi-blade agitators setting in preparation and curing tank to ensure dilution and curing of flocculant. In addition, the start and stop of secondary dilution and dosing process can be controlled by level signal of storage tank.

The device is the control system that composed of PLC controller, man-machine interface in Chinese and proportional servo controller made up of single chip microcomputer and other basic unit integration with the features of high degree of automation, stable performance, reliable work, visualized man-machine interface in Chinese, simple and clear menu operation.

Characteristics

The degree of automation is high, the system is controlled by PLC with man-machine interface in Chinese. The running states of units are shown and operated in the interface which has the features of visualized man-machine interface, easy and convenient operation

The system is reliable, the related equipment will stop as required automatically due to the failure and activate a acousto-optic alarm.

Double helix feeder is used to feed powder, the speed closed-loop control ensures uniform, dispersive feeding; the precision is below 1%.

Under the specified production and continuous liquid feeding, the curing time of prepared solution is guaranteed to be more than 1 hour. The concentration is 0.05％--0.5％.

Stainless steel is used for better corrosion resistance and beauty.

Because of three-slot overflow solution operating system, the equipment has simple structure, small size, and can be installed easily. It is applicable for the process of dissolving and constant adding of agentia.

Mixer uses special designed multi-blade structure. 
Premixer accelerates the hydration of powder, the flow regime can be adjusted.
Dosing amount of dry powder changes automatically with the change of water flow to keep the constant concentration.
