1.Purpose and introduction:

The screw press will put the grid into the floating matter in the water pulled out by the trash remover. Driven by the screw, it enters the main body of the press, is pressed and dehydrated in the transmission process, and finally the ballast is discharged into the energy receiving container, making the waste easier to transport, landfill and incineration.

The screw press is suitable for the grid slag treatment of sewage treatment plants, water plants and municipal rainwater and sewage pumping stations in cities and towns.

2.Structure and working principle:

The press consists of the following parts: power device, main body of the press, feeding and discharging device, electrical control box, etc.

The power unit adopts shaft mounted reducer with compact structure. Easy installation and maintenance.

The main body of the press is composed of a compression pipe and a screw. The screw is made of stainless steel with high strength and corrosion resistance.

The press has a lower feeding surface, which enables the waste to enter the press directly from the grid, and the length of its feeding port and screw is suitable for extruding various wastes.

Since there are no high-speed running parts in the equipment, the transmission screw has low wear, energy consumption and noise.

The material is conveyed from the feed port by the screw, which is extruded and dehydrated during the conveying process. Through the discharge pipe, and then into the hopper. The waste water is squeezed out in the press and then enters the water tank for discharge. The whole working process is carried out in the steel pipe of Miyi, which reduces noise interference and odor emission. Screw press provides a good working environment and is a good helper for environmental protection.
