 I.APPLICATION
In accordance with the sewage treating standard lifting from class-1 B to class-1 A, the water quality can meet the standard after precise treatment by this filter. 
Recycling of water resources: Insoluble suspended particulates can be filtered by this device for recycling.

II.WORK FLOW
The filter is equipped with automatic switch. As water enters the roller, the liquid level sensor will send signals to start up the decelerating drive system to drive the roller to rotate as well as the backwash pump. After entering the bored roll, the sewage flows from the internal to the external side of the stainless-steel filter screen with high strength. The suspended solids are intercepted in the internal side of the screen. The flushing water from the sprayer at the top of the roller flushes the screen from the external to the internal side. The flushed micro particulates are collected by the collecting tank of backwash water inside the filter and discharged through the blow-off pipes.      

III.MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS 
A. The filter screen is made of 316L with long service life.
B. The filter screen is easy for replacement as each independent mesh can be dismantled and assembled.
C. The device can operate normally as long as inlet SS is no higher than 40mg/L.
D. Continuous filtration is guaranteed especially during backwash process. 
E. Head loss is no more than 300mm.
F. Fully automatic control is guaranteed.
J. Small area with easy upgrading and reconstruction.

IV.STRUCTURE
The equipment is made up of main module, core filter module, drive system, backwash system and control system.
1)Main module
The main module consists of central inlet pipe, drum, toothed gearing, rolling bearing, sealing element and other parts. The material is 304L.
2)Core filter module
The core of the equipment is the filter system which consists of roller and screen. 8 screens are fixed to the roller by screws in accordance with different specifications. The screen is made of 316L stainless steel by fibrosis technology.
3)Drive system
The drive system consists of drive motor, drive gear and auxiliary wheels for support. The service life of the decelerating drive motor is designed to be no less than 10 years.
4)Backwash system
The system consists of backwash pump, flushing pipe, sprayer system, sewage collecting tank and blow-off pipes.
5)Control system
The system is controlled by PLC which controls the operation of backwash pump and decelerating drive motor manually or automatically.
