XF rotary solid and liquid separator


XF type rotary solid and liquid separator is one of the main products of water supply and water drainage pre-treatment decontamination equipment. This equipment is an advanced device which can remove different shapes of impurities in the liquid continuously and automatically to separate liquid and solid.  

XF type rotary solid and liquid separator is widely used in pre-treatment of rain and sewage in urban and apartments. It can also remove floating materials of the intake on the ground surface of water plant, power plant and steel plant, etc. Besides, it can separate the impurities of industrial waste such as slaughter, medicine, paper-making, chemical fiber, textile, printing and dyeing, etc. Also, it separates recycled materials in raw hairy and hairy washing industries and separate slag in aquatic product, fruit and grain rinsing and processing techniques. 

XF type rotary solid and liquid separator is a closed rake tooth chain assembled by teeth of rake tooth axis in a certain sequence and special shape rake tooth is made of ABS engineering plastics, nylon 66, nylon 1010 or stainless steel. Its lower par is installed in the intake canal. Under the driving of the drive system, the whole rake tooth chain (working face contacting the water) moves from lower side to upper side and separates the solid impurities and liquid flows through the bar’s gap of rake tooth. The whole process is continuous.    

Due to reasonable design of the structure of teeth of rake, rake tooth chain carries impunities to reach the upper end and has reverse movement. Relative cleanup movement is generated between the two rows of rake tooth of front and rear connection to make impurities fall off by gravity. Meanwhile, the back side of equipment is equipped with a pair of nylon brushes with the reverse motion of rake tooth chain to ensure thorough cleaning when each row of rake tooth moves to this place.

4. Safe operation. The drive system is equipped with duplicate protection mechanism including mechanical overload protection and overload limiter. 


Note:

1.    This equipment is non-standard one. Standard type is calculated as the canal depth of 1500mm with slag removal height of 400mm and installation angle of 60°.

2.    If the width of equipment is >1500mm, it can be designed as parallel machine. Water flow of parallel machine is twice than that of single machine.
