Application and introduction

ZG type drum grille is a set of equipment for water supply and drainage pre-treatment. The equipment refers to the design of imported equipment and is designed independently. This equipment is widely used in sewage treatment projects applying to urban sewage, industrial sewage, food processing and paper-making industries, etc. This equipment removes floating materials and sediment in water source intake. It squeezes and dewaters grid slag and discharges it.

This equipment is enclosed totally and applies to fecal treatment of environment and hygiene department and other projects.

Structure and operational principle

This equipment is a new product integrating fine grille decontamination machine, conveyor and screw press. It can be installed in water canal directly and also in container box. Sewage can be flowed into the front end of grid basket and leaves grid basket after filtration. Filter residue can be maintained in grid basket after filtration. Filter residue accumulated in grid bar can improve filtration efficiency further. After water level difference in the front and back of grid basket reaches the set value, rotary slag removal rake installed in middle axis can start work. Slag removal teeth installed in the rake can stretch into the bar and take filter residue out. When the rotary rake rotates to vertical position (12 am), filter residue is then thrown into hopper in the center of the lower part of screw and sent away out of the canal through central hinge dragon. In order to clean filter residue, slag removal rake turns back by 15°and can clean automatically when passing slag removal teeth plate.

Filter residue is squeezed and dewatered in transmission. The solid content can reach 35% to 45% DS. The dried slag has small volume with low pollution and is easy for transportation and disposal.
