I.APPLICATION AND INTRODUCTION

As a new type of fine screen for decontamination, inflow plate screen removes the solid wastes in fluids by continuous interception for satisfactory cleaning performance. The solid wastes include flat solids, weeds, melon seeds, especially hairs and fabrics which are difficult to be removed by traditional fine screens. The new screen, frequently used prior to membrane treatment, helps remove disturbing coarse materials in order to protect the subsequent steps against damage/pollution or to relieve the work load.

II.STRUCTURE AND WORK FLOW

The sewage enters from the middle on one side of the fine plate screen and then passes through perforated plate screen on both sides from the internal to the external side before it is discharged. The screenings blocked inside the screen are then lifted to the upper discharge area as the perforated plate screen rotates upward. After this, the screenings are flushed into the press conveyor with high drainage performance by the flushing system and then discharged into the next equipment. Meanwhile, the screen is flushed to get prepared for the next circulation. 
The inflow plate screen consists of main frame, rotating screen and chain, drive unit, press conveyer with high drainage performance, backwash system, control system, etc.
